11 students represented Chile at a week-long National Model United Nations conference in New York. To role play as Chilean diplomats, they spent a semester researching Chile's position on a variety of international issues. While in New York, the student diplomats also visited the United Nations, meeting U.N. officials and gaining deeper insight on regional conflicts, peacekeeping, human rights, women and children, economic & social development, and the environment.

The quartet of Maggie LaRoche, Gina Capobianco, Kimberlee Kocienski and Julie Tevenan combined to register a school-record time of 9:32.61 at the All-New England All-Divisions Championships at BU this weekend. The time was nearly 20 seconds better than the previous mark.

All-Academic honorees must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 and have finished in the top 25 percent of finishers at their regional championship.

Tevenan clocked the best time among Division III New England student-athletes and set the school record with a 5:06.49 in the mile at the Boston University Scarlet & White Invitational on Saturday.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

This semester, a total of 144 Stonehill students are studying abroad during the Spring 2015 semester in locations throughout the world. Tevenan was named the NEWMAC Women's Cross Country Co-Runner of the Week following a top 10 finish at the Paul Short Run on Saturday.

Tevenan clocked a time 22:50 to finish ninth in a field of over 300 runners in the Paul Short Run white race on Saturday afternoon at Division I Lehigh.

The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differ from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average(GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
